5.6 The End of AirCare – Understanding the Concerns and Exploring the Options

options to address concerns with respect to termination of the AirCare program, as

The Case for Continuing Mandatory Light-Duty Vehicle Emissions Testing by the
AirCare Program”, and develop recommendations for an ongoing light-duty vehicle
program to ensure that the emissions reduction benefits achieved by the AirCare
program are retained.
