(Update Feb 26. Word is just in this decision has been postponed several months. See Global TV coverage — Environment Minister Terry Lake says an environmental assessment for the Vancouver Airport Fuel Delivery is suspended pending further study on land and marine fuel spills.) Vancouver Airport Pipeline Opposition for Richmond  (VAPOR, http://www.vaporbc.com) believes that today is the day a decision is likely to be made on the Vancouver Airport Fuel Delivery Project.
