Having forced the Metro Vancouver Regional Growth Strategy through the system, current Chief Administrative Officer Johnny Carline will soon retire, leaving our society to deal with the issues it has created. See his correspondence and the legal opinion countering his statements here. Review why the RGS is actually greenwashing and very problematic here.
