Metro Van CAO Johnny Carline to retire on Valentines Day, leaving society with RGS

Having forced the Metro Vancouver Regional Growth Strategy through the system, current Chief Administrative Officer Johnny Carline will soon retire, leaving our society to deal with the issues it has created. We note that he personally played a crucial role  in blocking public access to the Board of Directors and decision-making system during the critical final months before the RGS was adopted. See his correspondence  and the legal opinion countering his statements here. Review why the RGS is actually greenwashing and very problematic here.
