If you don’t like it, don’t sign it (Editorial in Richmond News, 2 Mar 2011). Excerpt: Richmond city council voted Monday night to endorse a document, which only a week ago some councillors understood to be illegal….We feel the city is signing off on the RGS too quickly, and based on loose assurances from Metro Vancouver staff. If it really matters to council that these lands not become “urban,” they shouldn’t sign a document that calls them that. (Read more here.)
